The lack of background activity makes them, I think, more striking, especially when up against a wall of competing images. I'm guessing version 9, the busiest of the lot, is the one that will be used the most, and smacks of marketing department input - it's a compromise, but it clearly plays up the action/explosion elements that will ultimately get the kids interested. |
