Who didn't laugh when they first laid eyes upon the painfully earnest expression on Steve Carell's face in this poster? The eyes, the carefully tidied hair, the sideways glance, that shirt, even the photo studio background. Everything clicks perfectly. Even now it's hard to look at it without smiling and holding back a chuckle.
