The lighting on the rock looks like a crawler head, if it was turned to the right. That's pretty clever, it foreshadows the ''cave monsters want to eat me,'' thing while keeping the claustrophic ''trapped underground,'' element.

Even though there is not much on this poster, its briliant how the creators put a dark tone to it.
