Has no one else noticed these posters feature the promotional pictures from the first Pirates?

It is exactly the same as the poster for the first movie. Maybe she is wearing a different dress. But the facial expression and the way she is holding the medallion is exactly the same! Can't they make up another poster that reflects the second movie better, and how her character has changed?
