Wow, now THIS is an action movie poster. Every element in this poster practically crackles with energy. The two heroes erupt from the middle of the poster, floating in mid air while delivering kicks. The black clothing whips all over the place, light wildly shimmering back and forth on its surface. The water color blood splatters haphazardly. The layering of the bodies makes it look more natural, messy, and chaotic, like a real honest-to-goodness fight.

Due to the intricacy of the poses I'm glad they went with the illustration route. If this poster used a photo shoot they'd probably have gone that cliched route of the two heroes back to back, clutching guns.
