It looks like there are parodies of the following movies to me at least: Jackass (not sure if thats qualifies as a sports movie); Facing The Giants (the coach looks the same), Varsity Blues (fat fb player( which also wore #69). I see no reference to Caddyshack despite it being one of the best sports movies.

ILooks like the poster spoofs Invincible, Radio, Blue Crush, Rocky, Bend It Like Beckham, Friday Night Lights, Varsity Blues, and is that Carl Whethers?!! AWESOME!!!
