Honestly, it looks like someone was drunk in the office one night, opened photoshop then clicked multiply under blend options to blend the nude poster into the meat. Very VERY messy and unprofessional.

I didn't think that the previous two posters were either effective or appropriate, but for some reason the combination of the two work really well. I think toning down the blatant agenda (selling sex and trying to 'out-shock') has really added more mystery and intrigue to the piece, now I want to know more about the film.

Well, look on the bright side, at least they covered up all the nude parts that everyone complain about. Also they used two of the previous posters, and combined them together. Very cleaver, very clever indeed.
Still i think it's terrifically horrific! but still very artistic, and very cleaver. A+

OK, now this one is really stupid. Probably my least favorite poster of the year so far. Who is holding the head, an outline of a woman...wow horrible!
