They didn't dare to put her hands behind her back, as seen in the teaser. That would have made it even more scarier. But nice poster anyway. Better than the ''look-I'm-a-zombie-movie-ad-because-I-have-had-my-head-severed-and-didn't-fall-down'' or the gutsy, autopsy-like posters that really don't impress anyone anymore.

This poster is much better than the first two. It isn't gross, isn't offensive, simply provocative enough to make u wanna see the movie...
ms cleo
ok ok, enough can we all just stop with these same genres of posters.
Saw, Saw 2, Saw 3, The hills have Eyes, I mean WE GET IT. it's all been done
Try something NEW and less expected....
stop using the same 2 shops to do this genre they all look the same.....
sin
the 'E' isn't cutting into her skin. The 'E' is the same in every poster.
MovieDude
It's a weird world we live in where a naked woman screaming in pain while apparently being hung upside isn't 'hitting us over the head.'
Bitter Lemon
Sorry I can take a lot but not snot. Just gross. If I wasn't interested before I certainly am not bothering to see it now.

Hopefully this is not an indication of what's to come for Heather. She's the reason I'm going to see this flick. Oh well. I'm just happy she finally made the poster.

This is one of the greatest movie posters in the history of history. What balls the poster makers have for portraying such a detailed vision of Hostel Part II. I will be seeing this movie based solely on this new version of the poster. Viva Hostel II!
Jacob Wolff
By far, the best HOSTEL II poster yet. I really like the title over the woman's head. The "E" looks like it is digging into her skin. This is the perfect way to market a torture flick. Great.
aterax
this is photographical art. the pose is perfect in every way
Catman
Now THIS is a good poster!
mee
Much better than all the others so far. Less is more.
We dont see her boobs, guts or severed head, but are forced
to think about what is happening because we are not
bashed over the head with it. Nice work!
andreas
this looks cool. It’s not resorting to the usual gore that the other Liongate movies. probably because Screengems had something to do with it. It still evokes danger without being grotesque. good job.
Pogo
Great use of title treatment over the face. Nice and graphic. Love it...
