I understand some people think commercial art is not meant to be original, but it SHOULD be original. At least strive for it. It's purpose is to sell something, but you can do that with something original. At the very least please try. That type of an attitude is weak. Or you could just stick to looking up another person's art and passing it off as your own, and keep reading that Photoshop Tricks manual.

Comparing the two posters satyrykon 2004 and Premonition there is no ripoff the images are very different.

A marvellous design with an eerie, unworldly quality that complements the subject matter of the film. My only criticism has to do with plastering SANDRA BULLOCK across the top. Bringing the star's name down to the block of credits at the bottom of the poster would have reinforced a floating, ethereal quality that seems more appropriate to the inexplicable nature of a premonition.

Pretty cool poster, but it would have been better if the limb creating the mouth came from the left hand side so it's not so obviously stretched out. The way it is now, the fact that there's one oddly long branch reaching out gives away the illusion (not that it's too hard to see anyway)

Commercial art is not meant to be original, it's only purpose is to sell something, and I think this sells really effectivley. So drop your berets and who cares if it is ripped off!

I don't know if I would say this was a very cool poster but it seems spooky to me and maybe to some people. 3 weeks into 2007 and this is the first spooky poster I've seen. Things could be worse.

Like the concept of this poster but think it could have been executed better. The face is too recognizable and should be more of a second read. Overall though, nice concept
