Women in jeopardy seems to be a common element amongst the creepiest posters of recent years and this one is no exception. You can't get much more in jeopardy than being buried alive. The way she is pressed up against the glass, the torn shirt, and the hint of breath telling us she is still alive all add to the creepiness of it all.
