Younass May 08 05:30:59am Totally agree Mike the poster is cool and retro I love it. The Coen's deilnfteiy have a sense of style and class about them and this poster looks perfect for the movie.

LAME! Why did this win an award? It's a complete bite on the 'Before the Devil Knows You're Dead' Poster, I guess the NRA has some pull with IMP?

After seeing the trailer, this poster doesn't really seem to fit the movie.

God save Saul Bass!

I'm sorry but this is just a poor imitation of Bass' beautiful work - you don't get point becuase it looks like something good. Lets remember the controversy when Spike Lee refrenced his designs for Clockers (1995) - Bass went public saying that he hated that and if he were alive he would hate this.

Very cool. One of the best posters I've seen in awhile.

Reminds me of ''Vertigo'' and ''Anatomy of Murder'' posters.

So sweet, really perfecto poster.

liking the hand drawn-esque type. does look kind of saul bass-ish. but overall nice, like the imagery, it's intriguing.

Very Saul Bass. Cool.
Ben
Clever. Looks like the Vertigo poster font...

Clean layout and well designed typography. Studios take notice of this and step up the bar and the quality of work you put out there.

Hope this leads to a trend.

Love the retro feel...nice to see such big name stars without their muggs plastered all over the poster...brilliant. We really ought to see more of these :)

Sweet.

HOT! Refreshing!

i'm digging that, nice to see typography actually thought about and not just
plastered on a poster as it so often is.
