I'm so disagree with Enzo's comment. The three characters campaign looked so boring and stupid. I think this poster is beautifully done and I don't mind the sparks.

He... doesn't look creepy. He doesn't even look crazed. He just looks a bit angry. I'm reminded of Marvin The Martian's pose <a href="http://www.susanwisebauer.com/blog/wp-content/marvin_martian.jpg" target="_blank">http://www.susanwisebauer.com/blog/wp-content/marvin_martian.jpg</a>. Not very impressive at all.

So far the only one I've really liked was the one where he's writing in blood. I'm surprised that that one's been less favourited than some of the other, more muddled ones.

I like the sparks! Or at least I like that the characters are surrounded by destruction. Combine that with the dutch angle and I think the poster feels energized and a little chaotic, as I suspect the movie will be. I've got no complaints.

On a side note...
If you don't like the poster, that's fine, but what's the point in offering such vague, useless criticism?

I keep reading stuff like ''I was expecting more''

More what? What didn't you like? How would you have done it differently? Is it a campaign-wide problem or is it just this one image?

Any negative post should probably answer one or more of these questions.

the crookedness of the picture takes me way back to the tv show camera angle. nostalgic feeling, for me anyway. am super creeped by Heath's Joker... however much i fear clowns, i cant deny a batman movie!

This poster is awesome, and people need to stop having such great expectations. so many people are picky, this poster kicks A_ _ if you know what I mean.

With the exception of the 3 character poster series (Batman / Joker / Harvey Dent), the campaign for this movie is disappointing and uninspired. The entire look and feel of the campaign looks like an after thought.

great choice of angle for the photograph. Very intimidating and gives a sense of vertigo. Beautiful done. Great campaign. Love the color pallet.

So I guess sparks are supposed to automatically make something look ''cool''? He's just standing there. A disappointing poster, to say the least.

eh...it's ok. I think the bar is pretty high, so what might be really good for some other movie...I think it's just ok for Batman.
