| | braddesign | 04-14-2008 21:23 [E,W] | | cool poster.. can't wait |
| | hobo123 | 04-14-2008 22:15 [E,W] | | now that's sweet |
| | Crump | 04-14-2008 22:43 [E,W] | | This seriously might be one of the worst poster designs ever made. |
| | ChickenFeetAreGood2Eat | 04-14-2008 22:50 [E,W] | | This poster is not so incredible. |
| | harshcritik | 04-15-2008 00:09 [E,W] | | Wow. I didn't know it was the return of Gumby. The Hulk doesn't look real, and it couldn't feel more photoshopped.....ouch. I had high expectations for this and the art looks like a throwaway. At least the teaser for ''The Hulk'' was well done, even if the movie was bad. |
| | bobo | 04-15-2008 03:03 [E,W] | Uninspired...
The lighting is bland and the colors are washed out. Doesn't work for me at all. |
| | Big M | 04-15-2008 03:09 [E,W] | I love the look of this - with the muted colors.
And the fact that the title is all dark in the bottom with light flooding behind it - i love it. |
| | klaatu | 04-15-2008 07:17 [E,W] | | HULK wearing JEANS? |
| | bluh | 04-15-2008 08:28 [E,W] | | pretty terrible |
| | Mdopooh | 04-15-2008 11:07 [E,W] | | Great poster. Simple, but with those two main images, you understand the whole point of the movie. Great! |
| | artlover | 04-15-2008 19:13 [E,W] | | Looks bad. Come on guys this is THE HULK! You can do better!!! |
| | Netforce | 04-15-2008 23:55 [E,W] | | I totally love this poster. But somehow The Hulk's back remind me of some other movie posters that I can't think of. |
| | mymatedave | 04-16-2008 07:29 [E,W] | | Terrible poster. |
| | hanumang | 04-16-2008 10:59 [E,W] | Though I enjoyed the 2003 film overall - not sayin' it was perfect - I'm diggin' how the folks behind this film are paying homage to the old TV series. This poster - in addition to Norton's appearance in the film - plays to that angle quite well.
I know the poster for the 2003 film was done by a Hollywood legend (Tony Seiniger) but this one is a marked improvement from that uninspired piece of work. Interesting how the two approaches are similar - neither has the Hulk fully revealed - yet are so different in effect.
Nice work by the guys Crew Creative. Very nice. |
| | lincoln smith | 04-16-2008 12:33 [E,W] | | It's bizarre that it's ripping off a Spider-Man comic book cover(Spider-Man no More). It's very downbeat looking too. I really think Marvel went in the opposite direction than people are going to want for this film marketing. It looks so moody and dark, which is what this poster conveys so well, and what everyone hated about the first film. A terrible idea although a nice looking poster. |
| | maxxorasco | 04-17-2008 01:33 [E,W] | | this looks like a levi's ad. |
| | lets do better | 04-17-2008 02:11 [E,W] | | badly designed. in so many ways. |
| | mee | 04-17-2008 09:27 [E,W] | It is a bit funny that the Hulk is wearing jeans and they
fit perfectly. Who is his tailor? |
| | sour apples | 04-18-2008 15:45 [E,W] | Color,city,and the way its treated looks terrible. looks like a hacked comp.
It could have been more moody and play up the composition a lot more. |
| | REVOLVER | 04-19-2008 17:44 [E,W] | | Now, who in their right mind would think that this is a cool poster? I don't know, maybe the designer? |
| | echollision | 04-19-2008 21:14 [E,W] | | Considering the movie it's supposed to be, this is a direct to DVD cover. Lazy! |
| | nicolas | 04-21-2008 10:49 [E,W] | | mmmmm i think that the idea of the poster works for a teaser, with a black background and nothing else. |
| | nascent | 04-21-2008 02:47 [E,W] | | a lot of negative comments, mostly how bad the comp is and so forth, but here's hoping future comments critical of this work will point out what makes it a bad poster in the first place, and suggest what it should have been instead? might be useful for designers out there.. (kudos to the posters who already did) |
| | Ian | 04-19-2008 23:53 [E,W] | Actually, kind of reminds of the cover for the first issue of The Incredible Hulk, with Banner on the ground and the image of the Hulk towering over him

| | Mario | 05-12-2008 04:31 [E,W] | | The people who think this is a bad poster know nothing or very little about the incredible hulk. This is an awesome poster because it looks like the cover of the comic and also much like a spider man comic this movie is geared towards comic nerds and they would eat this up and love it. Crew creative clearly did some research and I can't believe no one said anything about this looking like the taxi driver poster. |
| | Mark | 05-26-2008 09:23 [E,W] | As someone said earlier, it looks like a Levi's ad. I've seen this poster in person and I can't help but think how silly it is that the Hulk is posing in jeans (and such new, clean-looking jeans at that!).
The Hulk is an uncontrollable rage monster, right? I feel no rage at all from this image. It's so lifeless. |
| | Sturmey Archer | 06-02-2008 17:38 [E,W] | | Very busy... disappointing. |
| | asd | 08-17-2008 07:15 [E,W] | | ''The Incredible Hulk's ass, eats our favorite hero!'' |
