Making a horror movie poster with genuinely scary/creepy elements is very difficult with today's jaded audiences, but I think this poster does it. There's some great depth of field going on with the hair and forehead. It gives the head a bit of a 3D effect. Eyes make or break a monster and these are suitably unnerving. The text and title take away a bit from the scare factor - Swiss is a very common movie typeface and it doesn't really convey anything in the way its currently treated (which is to say, not treated at all). If the text could have been faded away a bit, the head would become even more prominent. Imagine walking a lonely bus stop at night and turning to see THAT staring back at you.
