127 HOURS: I get that it's supposed to capture his video recording throughout the movie, but the combination of the way too close-up and the video scratches really just make it look bad. GROWN UPS: I would definitely award this most annoying poster of the year. Irritating expressions from everyone, and just seeing them on a water slide really gives us no insight into the actual movie. GULLIVER'S TRAVELS: Big rule for advertising: make sure we can actually read what you're advertising! They make Jack Black's name bigger than the actual title, which clearly shows they're just banking off of him versus a solid film. Also, I can't stand Black's stupid grin. THE KING'S SPEECH: Had I not known what this movie was, I would have thought it was a stupid romantic comedy based on the spread and Geoffery Rush's stupid expression. KILLERS: Solely on here for the plain background and Ashton Kutcher's face.
