This campaign is decent, but the tangent with the hat and the eye is annoying as hell. is his hat conveniently sculpted to fit his gaze? or is his eye popped out of the socket and overlapping the hat?

That hat looks a little odd, could be a composite - no shadow on the right side of the face.
