tom Sep 30 03:22:29am looks like a video box, not theatrical at all. tired retro look. meh
bev Jan 09 06:17:17pm not bad tonally, but the execution and the attention to detail is pretty weak. besides Efron, it's way to hard of a read to make out the other B+ Celebs. that's not a good thing if it's not done for any real artistic gain. which this is not. movie poster 101 class was missed by these guys.
Reminds me of Jan 03 02:31:58pm The Bank Job link
Jasem Jan 03 01:17:24pm efron has been pumping iron again with the help of photoshop.
nate Jan 02 12:57:03pm good
fff Jan 01 05:10:04pm Haha John Cusack Wants His Money Paperboy
Matt Jan 01 01:56:29pm Very good.
SLS Jan 01 01:14:41pm I think Zac Efron is likely the title character of the film, so there's nothing wrong with focusing in on him. The top picture is pretty good, but I really hate the chopped up shot of John Cusack at the bottom. It seems added as an afterthought, like they felt pressure to put him somewhere on the poster.
Tim Dec 31 05:04:32pm BTW, Zac Efron is the one next to Nicole Kidman (that girl). Matthew McConaughey is the one next to the car and John Cusack is the one in that box. If Matthew McConaughey is first billed why is he not in the car?
AJ Dec 31 03:50:13pm the concept is interesting due to the retro look, but the half face of Cusack is not right.
Les Dec 30 11:24:40pm I like it overall. If Efron is the paperboy to which the title alludes to, I see no problem in the poster focusing on him. Still, it *is a bit weird considering all the other names involved.
sb1 Dec 30 04:37:52pm "we need a poster that feels like drive" nice type and color.
Horrible Dec 30 03:57:12pm They chose Efron over McConaughey for the big head on the poster? I don't see McConaughey, Cusack or Kidman... I assume that girl is Kidman.... the small slot on the bottom looks like Colin Farrell and the guy in the tie looks like Colin Firth. Glad the marketing is to teenage girls
Yel Yint Dec 30 11:40:58am I'm a big Nicole fan!!! But, I think her head is not match wit her body & looks so ugly.. so awkward..
Yeti Dec 30 11:05:41am Nice color, layout, type and technique. Hope it's a thriller from the look of Cusack's face.
Mike the mechanic Dec 30 10:15:16am Good concept but that John Cusack face in a box is not good, man. Completly out of the context.
Mitkroking Dec 30 09:54:12am Is This Supposed to A Remake of 70s Classic cause the Cover is 70ish Styled
