The worst movie poster category tends to be less about mocking the designers and more about pitying them. Just as a cook is only as good as their ingredients, there is only so much a poster designer can do with very limited materials.

In this case they appear to have been given one good shot of the two leads and then had to just piece together the rest out of poor set photos and stock images (including Dog Surfing on Surfboard Wearing Sunglasses and Yellow Bikini Top Floating in Pool). The three actors in the background are just looking in random directions. And was that really the best shot of Jon Lovitz that they could get? It's as if someone snapped a photo of him off in the distance just as he was leaving the set.

And on top of all the obvious technical issues, there is nothing about this poster (aside from the discarded bikini top) that tells us that this is a swinger resort. That's kind of the whole point of the plot and should've been the focus of the poster.
