Creative Director or Associate Creative Director
Job duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from concept to finish (with CD and account team support).
- Manage creative team (designers, art directors, sketch artists, copywriters, finishers, illustrators, etc.).
- Work with account leads and project managers to ensure that project deliverables are above client's satisfaction.
- Help establishing overall design vision, philosophy, and work process for design teams.
- Maintain and push the level of quality and service already established by L&R.
- Provide design leadership and mentoring to designers (especially junior ones) as they create and execute design solutions.
- Help recruit new designers and act as a leader in setting and nurturing the company culture.
- Communicate with clients and make sure their expectations are properly met and exceeded.
- Develop new clients and maintain relationships with current ones.
