IconArts Creative, an entertainment ad agency, is looking to hire a full-time mid to senior level Print Production Designer. The appropriate candidate must have at least 3-5 years experience creating mechanicals, preferably for film and TV campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Photo manipulation, digital retouching, color correction, masking and compositing, and working with vector type files.
- Take finished artwork and adapt to multiple formats. Deliver final art and packaged mechanicals, paying close attention to detail and quality control.
- Manage and organize assets, downloading, uploading from both external and internal sourcing.
- Proactively and efficiently manage multiple short and long-term projects with varying degrees of priority.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with the rest of the team on requests, revisions, and updates for design.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience creating mechanicals for one-sheet, packaging, ads, and outdoor. Candidate must fully comprehend specifications of creating and working with templates.
- Must be proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro (Creative Cloud).
- Must be able to work with different types of images/vector files and have a strong sense of typography and layout design.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- The ability to multi-task and work effectively while being able to efficiently manage time and multiple projects are key.
- Candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, have strong follow-through and communication skills, and respond well in a deadline-driven schedule.
